Yoga with Michael

We are pleased to have Michael Schmid teach Hatha Yoga in our classroom on:

      Mondays at 5:30pm

These hour long classes focus on breathing, stretching and relaxing your body and mind!

Classes cost $6 per person, with a "punch card" available for $30 for 6 sessions!
